Curcumin as an antioxidant plays important role in reducing lead toxicity. This research aimed to demonstrate the potential of curcumin maintaining epithelial thickness and diameter seminiferous tubules mice treated with acetate. Thirty BALB/c (Mus musculus) were divided into 5 groups. Group N was negative control group no treatment. P positive group, which given 0.075 g/kgBW acetate once a day for 35 days. The treatment groups, T1, T2 T3, 100, 200 400 mg/kg BW 3 days; after days, they BW; then, 1 h later, g/kg There significant difference tubule between groups T3. dosages mg/kgBW could significantly maintain tubules, dosage HIGHLIGHTS toxicity Administration increase well testicular weight.
